ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a client in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented Electrical Operations Manager for the client's site in Eskilstuna. About the role

As an Electrical Operations Manager, you will work with your colleagues on the daily operations within our service assignment. The tasks include planning and performing operations, maintenance, repairs, assembly, and installations within properties in office and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and directives, so that all non-electrical and electrical work within the contract/site follows applicable electrical safety regulations.
• The work is performed in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• You implement overarching instructions or, in some cases, develop local instructions where they are lacking - e.g., operational instructions for the safe maintenance of the facility.
• You follow up and verify that procedures for work orders/coupling slips and work certificates/operation certificates are used.
• You check that instructions regarding the appointment of Electrical Operations Managers, Coupling Managers, and Electrical Safety Managers are followed.
• Your work also includes issuing your own work orders or verifying work orders.
• You provide local directives on how and when to disconnect faulty electrical installations and, if necessary, issue local instructions for testing and commissioning.
• You are responsible for ensuring that one-line diagrams/operational diagrams have updated boundaries drawn between the different Electrical Operations Manager areas.
• You collaborate in writing with other Electrical Operations Managers at facilities that are interconnected.
• If needed, you call upon and seek assistance from external standby technicians and selected subcontractors.
• Purchasing materials according to current purchasing policies is part of the job.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an Electrical Education, such as a vocational high school diploma or higher education eligibility, i.e., completed, documented, and approved Swedish/foreign education in the electrical field, and several years of documented experience in the area. It is a requirement that you have worked as an Industrial Electrician and have practical experience in operations, maintenance, and electrical installations on electrical systems.
